Processing Time: All orders are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:
- Standard shipping on all orders
- Free shipping on orders over £60
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that:
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order enters production, we cannot modify the shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
